Data logger PL315 is a high –performance and cost-efficient product developed by our company. By using of the best low consumption integrated chip and taking advantage of digital technology, PL315 is designed to record water depth (pressure) over long term. It could be widely used in petroleum. Chemi-industry, power station, water conservancy, city flood control and city water supply etc.
PL315 is a battery powered instrument, and work without manual control. By setting proper interval recording time, one class AA battery 3.6/2400mAh is possible to support the PL315 working many years.
PL315 works with an absolute pressure sensor. If the influence of air pressure fluctuations (e.g. at shallow fluid or water depths) is going to be taken into consideration, it is recommended that a second data logger PL315 is placed at the surface, to record the barometric pressure. The correct level is calculated via PC by subtracting the two measured values of the two data loggers.
Sensor, circuit board and battery air assembled into the sealed steel housing, for submersible application. For data read out, PL315 must be got back from the measuring point. The O-ring sealed end cap is then removed to the access to data port.
