PL301 liquid level transmitter is based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid level is proportional to the height of the liquid level. It converts pressure into an electrical signal using the piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon. After temperature compensation and linear calibration, it is converted into standard current, voltage, RS485 and other signal outputs, and can be directly connected to PLC/DSC, display instruments, computers, etc., with good stability and reliability. OEM oil-filled cartridges are housed in stainless steel housings. The front-end protective cap plays the role of protecting the sensor diaphragm, and also enables the liquid to contact the diaphragm smoothly. The waterproof line is sealed with the shell, and the air pipe in the cable is connected with the outside world. Internal structure anti-condensation design. HDL300 is equipped with a micro-signal processing circuit for long-distance transmission. HDL300 is widely used in liquid level measurement and control in fields such as environmental protection, water conservancy, and variables.

Description PL301 Submersible level transmitter
The PL301 submersible level transmitter/hydrostatic level sensor is designed for use in rivers, reservoirs, storage tanks, boreholes, vessels and channels. They have long-term immersion protection to 100 meters and are also ideal for measuring pressure in submerged pipes and vessels.
For applications with aggressive media such as seawater or leachate, especially landfills, we can offer submersible level transmitters in high-grade duplex stainless steel with extremely high corrosion resistance.
Electrically interface with hydrostatic level transmitters using triple-sealed back-end assemblies and custom vented PUR cables. This provides the barometric pressure reference and guarantees IP68 integrity to a water depth of 100m.
The standard level transmitter output is a two-wire 4-20mA signal with a surge protection circuit that reduces the effects of electrical transients caused by nearby lightning strikes and power fluctuations. For applications using a data logger, a ratiometric version is available which provides a 0.5-4.5Vdc output from a 5Vdc supply.
