What is differential Pressure Sensor?
Differential pressure sensor is a kind of sensor used to measure the difference between two pressures. It is a differential pressure measuring element isolated by stainless steel corrugated diaphragm. The working principle is to use isolation diaphragm protection at both high and low pressure ends. Both pressure chambers can contact corrosive fluid medium. The measured differential pressure is transferred to silicon pressure sensor through isolation diaphragm and filling silicone oil, thus realizing accurate measurement of differential pressure.
Differential pressure transmitter uses piezoresistive effect of silicon conductor of differential pressure sensor to realize the conversion between differential pressure and electric signal. Because the output signal of the Wheatstone bridge on the sensitive chip has a good linear relationship with the differential pressure, the accurate measurement of the measured differential pressure can be realized. Differential pressure transmitter is widely used in industrial process control, flow measurement, medical instruments, aerodynamic measurement, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment and other fields.
