Description PL301 Submersible level transmitter
For corrosive media applications such as seawater or leachate, especially in landfills, we offer advanced dual phase stainless steel submersible level transmitters with extremely high corrosion resistance.
Submersible level sensor with 304 stainless steel housing and waterproof cable, can be directly into the water/oil/tank or reservoir for level measurement. Measuring range :0 to 1m, 0 to 3m, 0 to 5m, 0 to 10m, 0 to 500m. The accuracy of the liquid level sensor is 0.5%FS or 0.3%FS. Output signal 4-20mA/0-5V/RS485, power supply 24V/12V. Cable type and connection type are also customizable.
Submersible level sensor is essentially a pressure sensor used to measure liquid level. According to the principle that the static pressure of the liquid under test is proportional to the height of the liquid, the static pressure is converted into electrical signal by the isolated diffusion silicon sensor or ceramic capacitive pressure sensor. The signal after temperature compensation and the linear correction is converted into a standard signal. Submersible level sensor is generally used in petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, environmental protection and other media liquid level measurement.
The PL301 Series Submersible Level Sensor provides continuous level measurement for both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. These submersible hydrostatic transmitters have been designed for the toughest industrial applications. Unlike ultrasonic level transmitters, our liquid level sensors are completely unaffected by any foam, vapor, turbulence or condensate in the tank.
The PL301 Series Tank Level Sensor works by sitting at the bottom of the tank and measuring the head pressure of the liquid pushing down on its stainless steel sensing diaphragm. The only submersible level sensor with an integral molded weight to ensure the sensor will remain at the bottom and you will always receive an accurate, reliable reading.
With a 316 stainless steel body, these level sensors have been engineered to handle some of the toughest applications. All models come equipped with a Teflon ® jacketed cable and a Kalrez ® O - ring seal to ensure it stands up to the industry's most corrosive chemicals.
