1.Installation Notice

Step 1: Before installation, choose an Ultrasonic level sensor with a proper range. The range is based on the tank height.

Step 2: Install vertically at a right installation position.

1.1.Install vertically.

1.2.Keep a certain distance from the wall.

1.3.Do not install it at the position close to liquid or material inflow.

1.4.The highest level cannot enter the blind area.

Step 3: When installing, make sure no obstacles in the ultrasonic radiation area. Items should be avoided, such as: human ladders, valves, brackets…

2.How to Install?

2.1. For rivers/channels, we use brackets. Note: Bracket should be as close to the wall as possible to avoid echo refraction.

2.2. For arched container, do not install on the vaulted ceiling but at 1/2 or 1/3 of the radius of the ceiling.

2.3. For a conical container with a flat tank top, the best installation position of the ultrasonic level sensor is the center of the container top, so as to ensure the measurement to the container bottom.
